Shipping, returns and everything else
- Where is Fidgbits based?
- We're in Pune, Maharashtra, and we ship across India.
- What are the products made of?
- Everything is 3D printed on Bambu Lab printers, mostly in PLA+, with some other filaments depending on the piece.
- How durable are they?
- Fairly durable. They're 3D-printed plastic, so treat them like any keychain or toy.
- How fast do you dispatch?
- The next working day. Orders placed before 1 PM IST go out the same day.
- How long does delivery take?
- After dispatch, 2-4 days to metro cities and 5-7 days to the rest of India. We ship with whichever courier serves your pin code.
- Do you ship outside India?
- Not at the moment. We deliver within India only.
- How can I pay? Is cash on delivery available?
- You can pay by UPI or card at checkout. We don't offer cash on delivery.
- Do prices include GST?
- Yes. The price you see already includes GST, and delivery is free on orders over ₹499.
- What is your return policy?
- You can return anything within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. This includes custom name keychains. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 87884 95240) or email contact@fidgbits.com with your order details and we'll sort it out.
- How do the Insta Tag and other NFC tags work?
- They contain an NFC chip. Tap your phone to the tag and the link opens, on Android or iPhone, with no app needed. See the Insta Tag guide for how to set yours up and change it later.
- Can I get a custom name keychain?
- Yes. Use the keychain designer to type your name, pick a colour and a font, and preview it in 3D before you order.
- Do you take bulk, event or college-fest orders?
- Yes. Bulk orders start at 100 pieces, and we do events, college fests and workshops too. See the bulk orders page.
